Privacy Policy

Delivery Guy is a game. We collect as little as we can to run it: no email address, no phone number, no real name, no birthday, no ads and no tracking of you across other sites. This page says exactly what we do keep.
What we store about you

While you play with others, your name, character look and position are passed to other players nearby in real time. This is not kept afterwards.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your data and we do not show ads.
- We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
- We do not set cookies. The game keeps your settings and a copy of your save in your browser's own storage on your device.
Who handles the data for us
The game runs on Cloudflare, which hosts the website and the database. Cloudflare handles the connection to your device, so it sees your IP address as part of delivering the site and protecting it from attacks, under its own privacy policy. We do not share your data with anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account exists. When you delete your account, your player record, saves, money history, items, character, achievements, play history and action log are removed. We keep daily safety copies of our database for 30 days, and your data drops out of them within that time.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete your account at any time. See Support for how. Depending on where you live, you may have further legal rights, for example under the GDPR in Europe or the CCPA in California, and you are welcome to use them through the same contact.
Children
We ask for an age band, never a birthday, and we collect no contact details from any player. If you are a parent and want your child's data removed, contact us and we will delete it.
Safety
Connections to the game are encrypted. The money in the game is managed on our servers so it cannot be edited on a device. No system is perfectly secure, and if we ever find that your data was exposed we will tell the people affected.
Changes
If we change what we collect, for example when real-money purchases arrive, we will update this page and the date above before it takes effect.
